My approach

My approach as a psychologist is deeply rooted in an integrative approach that takes into account the patient as a whole, considering their individual perspective as well as their environment and surroundings. I employ evidence-based methods while fostering close collaboration with my clients.

My practice combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) tools, coaching techniques, and mindfulness exercises tailored to your specific needs and personal situation.

I offer a secure environment where you can freely explore the aspects you wish to address, with utmost confidentiality and respect for professional confidentiality.

As a psychologist, I strongly believe that therapy work extends beyond what happens in the session, encompassing how we can integrate these learnings into your daily life and your relationships with those around you. Each of us has our own life path, sometimes obscured by challenges and obstacles. As your therapist, I am committed to illuminating this path so that together we can define your goals and the means to achieve them. Over the course of the sessions, you will develop your own toolbox that will accompany you on your life journey.

Consultations are by appointment only and typically last between 50 minutes and one hour, providing you with a dedicated space for your well-being.

Regarding insurance reimbursements, most insurance providers offer coverage. I encourage you to inquire directly with your provider for details on your coverage
